Village HOA Information and Services
The community of Battlement Mesa is organized as a covenant-controlled, master-planned development made up of multiple distinct neighborhoods, commonly referred to as “villages.” All properties within the community fall under the umbrella of the Battlement Mesa Service Association (BMSA), which functions as the master homeowners association and provides overarching governance, services, and standards for the entire development. This structure allows the community to maintain a consistent aesthetic, shared amenities, and coordinated management while still offering a variety of housing types and neighborhood styles.
