First Eagles Point Village

First Eagles Point Homeowners Association, (commonly called Eagles Point) is a 54 property, single-family home Village in Battlement Mesa, Colorado; a community that is nestled on a sheltered mesa with dramatic mountain and river valley views and lot's of Western charm.  These custom,1,600 and up sq. ft. homes offer views of the "Roan Plateau" and the majestic battlements for which Battlement Mesa was named.  Additionally, several homes and home sites overlook the award-winning, Battlement Mesa Golf Course.

This covenant protected village of all custom-built homes offer a diverse selection of home styles and configurations as well as a large, landscaped native grass common area with a walking / biking trail through the community.

Only about half of the village's 54 properties have been developed thus there still is ample opportunity for you to purchase a lot and build your dream home in an affordable community offering many amenities, a nearly ideal four-season climate and excellent schools. 

First Eagles Point Homeowners Association is a sub-association of the Battlement Mesa Service Association.  Eagles Point property owners belong to the BMSA and the First Eagles Point Homeowners Association.  As a sub-association, First Eagles Point Homeowners Association has its own five-member board of directors, bylaws, covenants, budget, reserve funds and financial statements. Half a common assessment fees are $162/yr.
