Architectural Application, RemodelThe BMSA regulations require Architectural Committee approval prior to most remodel and/or landscaping projects. This is the application which must be used for Repainting, Landscaping or other Minior Projects Only.
Extended Parking RequestThe BMSA regulations allow owners to request permission to park specific "oversize" vehicles such as RV's and Boats within the PUD for up to five continuous days two times per year. These are vehicles that are otherwise limited to a maximum of 72 hours during any 30 day period. In order to take advantage of this program, you must complete and submit this request form and obtain approval prior to the beginning of the requested parking period.
