The Valley View Village Condominiums Board of Directors consists of three board members who serve three year terms.  Since there are no term limits, board membrs may serve multiple terms.  Board members are elected at the Annual Meeting of the Members and serve staggered terms.

Common Assessments

Common assessments payments are due monthly beginning on January 1st and continuing every month through the 12th monthly payment that is due on December 1st of each respective year.  A new budget is formulated annually, thus the monthly assessment payment amounts may change from year-to-year.
